I'm Dana Ketter, the Founder and CEO of Balsam Health. For several years, I've been personally training people from all walks of life, and recently completed my Masters from USC in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity.


I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people navigate the health-storms of life and realize the freedom that optimal health brings.
